2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Binge. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, ratings, comments). By posting content, you grant Binge a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display it within the service. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Content Data & TMDB Attribution

Movie and TV show information displayed in Binge is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie/TV metadata, posters, and descriptions are the property of their respective owners.

6. AI-Powered Features

Binge includes AI-powered features such as vibe search, powered by OpenAI. These features provide recommendations based on your input. AI-generated results may not always be accurate or appropriate. Binge is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating other users
• Spamming, harassing, or abusing other users
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Scraping or automated access to the service
• Circumventing security measures

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page in the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

Binge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
